Polyurethanes processed by ZE are the mixture of two or more components. Our specialized technologists are able to match the system to specific client requirement by modification of the mixture composition.

Elastomers Plant, through the 30 years period time, have gained the mystery of polyurethane elastomers processing many technologies:

• Free machinery casting to the form ? applied in bigger details production, when short time of application is essential, and material loss is less than 10% of the casting details capacity. In this technology are manufactured polyurethane sieves, hydrocyclones cones, small rollers, plates, bars linings, etc. of different kinds.

• TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) ? the material with very good physico-mechanical properties, hydrolysis, light and chemical agents resistant. The material finds application as amortization, damp elements, as parts exposure to abrasion and alternating bending.

• Injection technique ? technology of polyurethane linings application by spraying aggregates. The lining has perfect properties, such as mechanical and atmospheric factors high resistance. In this way are made complicated applications, where form constructing is impossible (e.g. because of dimensions). In this way machines parts (e.g. separators), internal and external linings of pipelines transporting frictional media, etc.
